Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is formal, we encourage you to wear black tie attire, women please no dresses that are the color white, silver, gold or champagne as those are our wedding colors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm, please try to arrive 15-20mins early. No one is to enter during the ceremony after the start time, the doors will be closed.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in August. We will be asking our guest to RSVP no later than October 5, 2024. If we do not hear back by that date we will assume you are respectfully declining.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, anyone who has a food allergy or dietary preference, please reach out to Dan or Taylor so we can go over any accommodations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service from The residence Inn to the Hamilton Manor from 3pm-midnight.

What is a unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We are requesting for a unplugged ceremony, as we want all our guest to be present in the moment. This means no cell phones, cameras or electronic devices. We do have a photographer and videographer team to capture this special moment. So we would like to see all of our guests faces and not see anyone hidden behind a cell phone.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult only event. We are hoping with giving everyone time in advance to accommodate this, you will still be able to make the big day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guest to bring guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guest to please not bring a plus one.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We do have a registry on Zola and Amazon.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the wedding venue. Any guest staying at the Residence Inn will be able to take the free shuttle service to the wedding and back to the hotel at the end of the night if you do not wish to drive.
