To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 10th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!
Due to limited space we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the envelope of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the names of the people on the invitation are in attendance.
The wedding day dress code is black tie optional. Ladies, think full length or tea length gowns. Men, please wear suits. No tuxedos necessary but please no khakis. No whites, off-whites or creams.
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have our welcome party and wedding day as an adult-only event.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully!) both the ceremony & reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
There is a large parking lot at the wedding venue, but please be advised that you can only access the ceremony site by shuttle. There will be shuttles making stops at the wedding venue to transport guests to the ceremony site. Shuttles will begin running at 4:30 PM. The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. So please plan accordingly!
Please note to check Expedia for the most cost effective flights. Wilmington Airport is very small so flights in and out on your usual or preferred airline may be limited. American Airlines, Delta and United service ILM airport the most but these flights will vary by what departure airport you are using.
