Taylor and Dahlton didn't know it as they met, walking up the steps to school, but those two 16-year-old kids would one day fall in love and become husband and wife. It was 2012 when Taylor had moved to Aurora, just down the street from where Dahlton lived. Being new to the school, Taylor quickly started to meet new friends, and it didn't take long for them to meet each other. They became friends over those last two years of high school, and a year after graduation (after many phone calls and hangouts), Taylor finally looked at him and said, "We're dating now!" LOL! In all seriousness, Dahlton was waiting for her to realize it. Not long after, Dahlton took her to the pond with a beautiful fountain along the path between their houses and asked her to be his official girlfriend. It has been many years in the making for Dahlton and Taylor to tie the knot. Their wedding date of 6/27/25 is precisely a week before they celebrate their 10th dating anniversary! It feels very symbolic; the end of a chapter is also the beginning of a new one. T & D look forward to what the next decade will look like; many happy memories and milestones will be ahead!
