We have reserved a block of rooms at the Kimpton Gray Hotel. A standard guest room rate starts at $229. To receive this rate, you will need to book on or before July 12, 2023. The discounted room block rate is applicable to Friday and Saturday night of our wedding weekend. Should you want to add Thursday night, call the hotel directly. Although they cannot guarantee their discounted rate, they will check into it for you and offer it based on availability. Reservations can be made via Kimpton Reservations offices: o VIP Reservations Office is open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, 312-325-7218 o National Reservations Office is open 24 hours, 877-771-7031 o Guests should identify themselves as part of the Erickson - Heisel Wedding Room Block when calling to make a reservation. Valet parking for cars is $69.00 for overnight usage at hotel. This fee includes in and out privileges. Self-parking for $49.00 overnight is available at the Poetry Garage located at 201 W. Madison Street. Rates include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
