FAQs

The Wedding Website of Taylor Ellis and Crystal Avila
If you have a question that cannot be answered by our FAQ, please reach out!
Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by April 18, 2026. This helps us finalize numbers for seating, dinner, and all the fun little details! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re cheering us on from afar.

Question

What happens if I don't rsvp in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by April 18th, 2026, we will assume you are unable to make it and will mark "Not Attending". We would LOVE to celebrate with you, however, we do have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and caterer, therefore cannot accept late RSVPs. This will mean that you cannot show up on our special day, as there will not be seating, food, drinks, or other accommodations for you. Please keep this in mind!

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children. This means our wedding will be a child-free event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

5:30pm is ideal, however if you're running behind it's no biggie! But keep in mind that dinner begins at 6:30pm and only continues for 2 hours.

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation, and you can confirm their attendance when you RSVP. We kindly ask that you attend as the guests named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

I RSVP'd "Attending" however something came up, what do I do?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, we completely understand. If you find that you are unable to make it after originally RSVPing "Attending", please notify either Taylor or Crystal as soon as you are aware.

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress their best! Keep in mind that photos and video will be taken all throughout the night. Our only major request regarding clothing is to please avoid wearing solid white or solid black, as we will be in those colors. The bridal party will be in shades of pink, red, and cabernet.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

YES! Please do! We will have a QR code to scan at each table where you can send all photos and videos to a shared album for the night. We encourage you to take as many as possible, but try to get the Brides' good sides!

Question

Is There An Open Bar?

Answer

YES. We will have a mobile bartending service for a total of 5 hours throughout the evening. The bar will open at 6PM just before dinner begins! We will also have self-serve items and non-alcoholic beverages for those who do not wish to partake.

Question

Can I make a toast?

Answer

We're keeping speeches to a short list of pre-planned loved ones, however we would love to read your sweet words in our guestbook. :)

Question
