There will be NO transportation provided to and from the ceremony. There WILL be transportation provided from the hotels to the venue. The ceremony starts at 2:30 PM at St. Thomas More Church in Darien and will conclude around 3:30 PM. Cocktail hour starts at 5 PM at The Point at Norwalk Cove. Between 3:30 PM and 5 PM guests are encouraged to drop their cars off at the hotels and grab a drink at the fully equipped hotel bars. Transportation WILL be provided from the Residence Inn by Marriott and The Watershed Hotel to the venue. Buses will depart at 4:30 PM sharp. For those that do not make the shuttle, the buses will return to the hotel and depart again for the venue at 5:15 PM. For those of you not staying in a hotel, check out the local bars and restaurants listed in our Things To Do page. Sunset Grille (the location of our after party) is next to the venue and is a great casual spot for a drink on the water.

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle from the Residence Inn by Marriott and The Watershed Hotel that will take guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart from each hotel at 4:30 PM sharp. For those unable to make that bus, the buses will make one more trip to the hotels and depart again for the venue at 5:15 PM.
Due to the 1.5 hour break between our ceremony and cocktail hour, there will not be transportation to and from the church. Our thought was that after the ceremony, our guests would have time to drive back to the hotel and park their cars. The shuttles will depart from The Residence Inn by Marriott and The Watershed Hotel at 4:30 PM.
Yes! The after party will be at Sunset Grille which is right next to the venue. Only a short walk!
Our wedding is formal attire. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a midi- or floor-length formal dress.
We have listed multiple hotel options close to the venue, but we have arranged a hotel block for our guests at the Residence Inn by Marriott in South Norwalk.
