Please RSVP by January 6, 2025!
The all-inclusive (AI) rate includes all food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks. The restaurants and bars do have "premium" selections for food and beverage that can be charged to your room, but these are clearly identified on the menus as extra. There are two restaurants at the resort that are NOT included in the all-inclusive rate, LaFrida and Quivira Steakhouse. Reservations are required for these restaurants and there are additional charges per person. You will receive a wristband upon check-in which will be valid from 12PM onward the day you arrive for ordering food/drinks!
If you plan to share a room with someone who is not staying for the same duration as you, you can book the room for a smaller number of people and then call the hotel to add the additional guest(s) to your room reservation only for the days that they will be staying with you.
Yes, you are welcome to stay wherever you'd like! We would love to spend as much time with you as possible, so we recommend staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach if at all possible. If you stay elsewhere, please let us know ASAP as we will need to provide your names to the wedding coordinators. Of note, guests that stay outside of Pueblo Bonito will only be allowed onsite for the wedding ceremony and reception.
Please plan to arrive to the ceremony early. There will be golf carts available to shuttle you around the resort and to/from the ceremony, but we recommend requesting a cart as early as possible (and let them know you're attending our wedding). You can call for cart service from your room, or there are phones throughout the resort where you can request a cart.
Unfortunately we are at capacity with our guests, so we cannot accept any additional plus ones requests at this time.
Yes, there will be a welcome event the night before the wedding on March 7th. More info coming soon on the Schedule tab!
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outside.
No, neither the ceremony nor reception will be on the beach. The ceremony will be held on a grass lawn (Lover's Meadow), and the reception will be held at the Skypool.
You do not! The resort accepts all credit/debit cards and USD. There is an ATM in the lobby if you need pesos while there.
Pack a tumbler to pour your pool drinks into to keep them cold! Sunscreen is typically very expensive in Mexico, so we recommend packing and bringing with you if possible. Order bottles of water every chance you get! The fridges in the rooms do not come stocked.
There is a Pueblo Bonito app that can be utilized to view menus and order room service (which is available 24/7)!
