Please arrive at 2:30pm.
Our dress code is Semi-Formal, which means: - Men: Suit (no tie) recommended - Women: midi/maxi dresses or jumpsuits are recommended & preferred. Please no matching sets. We are frequently asked what color the bridesmaids dresses are, and the answer is pink/orange/red. Stiletto heels are not recommended due to the beautiful terra cotta & brick ground. For more info, don't hesitate to ask me or read these fun articles: https://www.brides.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire-4800687 or https://www.cosmopolitan.com/style-beauty/fashion/advice/a4503/what-not-to-wear-at-wedding/ A couple of important notes! *Please* keep an eye on the weather. La Jolla weather is notoriously fickle with temperature swings depending on fog/sun/wind. The ceremony and cocktail hour is planned to be outside, and the reception will be in a heated tent. Limited indoor space is available during the cocktail hour if temperature is of concern :)
Unless specified on the invitation, our venue cannot accommodate additional guests.
Yes, we are planning to head to one of our favorite bars after the reception ends at 9:30. East Coasters, mix in an espresso martini it's time to party!!
In lieu of a hotel block, our recommended hotel options are La Valencia and Empress Hotel La Jolla. Please refer to the travel section of our website for more details!
There is NO parking available for the ceremony and reception. Uber is highly recommended as an alternative to the very limited street parking.
There is not, but the welcome party & wedding venue is close by in La Jolla.
No; Ubers & Lyfts are readily available and inexpensive.
December is a mixed bag: it could be 75 & sunny, it could be 50 & rainy. Please keep a close eye on the weather.
