FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After you receive your invitation, please RSVP by August 1, 2026, using the QR code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you’re unable to attend.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome only if they are formally invited. If your child(ren) are included, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. As much as we love your little (and not so little) ones, please do not bring children of any age who are not listed on the invitation, since we have a strict guest limit at the venue.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The two closest airport options are Missoula International Airport (MSO) and Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). From MSO, it’s about a 1 hour drive to Ronan, and from FCA it’s about a 1 hour 20 minute drive. Since lodging options are spread out around the area, be sure to check the location of where you’re staying in comparison to the airports when you book.

Question

Is there going to be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We’re still deciding whether we’ll be providing transportation to and from the venue. In the meantime, please plan to arrange your own transportation. As soon as we make a final decision, we’ll update this section with the details.

Question

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

There will be on-site free parking as you arrive. See the “Venue Details” tab above for more information.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin exactly at 4:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you have time to park, find a seat, and get settled while enjoying refreshments and music beforehand.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress to impress for our wedding day! The dress code is cocktail attire, but please feel free to dress more formally if you like! Please do not wear white. The ceremony and part of the reception will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket for later in the evening. A quick note for the ladies: the ceremony is on grass, and you’ll be walking over gravel from the parking lot, so choose your heels wisely!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us, and we also want to give our photographer a clear view to capture the moment. As soon as the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, and seltzers. We will not be serving hard alcohol. Our venue has a strict alcohol policy, so please review the "venue details" tab before arriving.
