Question

When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 15th! If you RSVP past this date or fail to RSVP at all, we will assume you are unable to attend, and you will be missed.

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we must provide our total guest count to our venue and vendors in the time frame they have provided us and, unfortunately, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

Are Kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. Enjoy a night off and come ready to party, on us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the Wedding?

Answer

Our wedding and reception will both be held at Belvoir Winery and Inn, located in Liberty Missouri!

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

We haven't reserved a hotel block for our wedding. Everyone is traveling from different places, and we trust our guests to book what works best for them! There are plenty of great options nearby, so feel free to stay wherever you'd like!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love for our guests to dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. To us, cocktail attire means cocktail dresses, snazzy jumpsuits, elegant separates, or suits/sports coats with a tie. Please no jeans! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - white, ivory, or cream. Please keep in mind the ceremony is to be outside, and the reception is to be inside.

What Shoes should I wear?

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in! Please keep in mind, the venue has grass, gravel, and uneven terrain in some places.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Please do not bring outside alcohol to the venue. We will have plenty of alcohol options available!

When should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Great question! There is a small gravel parking lot at our venue for guests. Please keep in mind that this will be a small walk from where the wedding will take place as well as the reception. Our venue is ADA compliant and should be able to accommodate all of our guest's needs.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

As of right now, the wedding is to be outdoors. This could change, dependent upon the weather, we do have an indoor option. This FAQ will be updated as the day draws closer.

Can I Take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us. We have a professional photographer on hand to capture all the special moments and we are excited to share the photos with you!
