Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). When looking for footwear please keep in mind guests will have to walk in soft grass to the ceremony site. The reception will be held indoors.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request you to please keep phones/cameras put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our day! We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event with the exception of our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clear Lake, IA if you would like to reserve a room. The group rate is under "Bryan Lathrop Wedding" and the link can be found under the "Accommodations" tab.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle to pick up guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites before the ceremony and at the end of the night after the reception. Visit our "Accommodations" page for hotel room booking information. Note: Please include on your RSVP if you would like to utilize the shuttle as there are limited trips to and from the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking. Watch for signs to guide you on where to park when you arrive!
