When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Sunday, March 29, 2026. The link to RSVP can be found under the "RSVP" tab on the website.

Answer

No worries! Our RSVP can be found under the "RSVP" tab. Type in your last name in the box to find your invitation. If you have any troubles, reach out to Taylor at 720-206-6936!

Who should I make out a check to?

Answer

If writing a check, please address to Brennan Bates or Taylor Heap.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Bonnie Blues Event Venue no later than 4:30 pm to have ample time to park and find your seat. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free at the Bonnie Blues Event Venue. Due to space and the festivities, we highly recommend carpooling with other guests or scheduling Uber/Lyft/private driver to ensure a safe trip to and from the venue. Guests are free to leave cars parked at the venue overnight, but all cars MUST be moved before 10:00 am the morning following the wedding (Sunday, May 10).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Our caterer is well-versed in dietary accommodations. Please denote any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If there are any questions, concerns, or special circumstances, please reach out to Brennan and Taylor at 720-206-6936!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! There are a variety of hotel and lodging options under the "Travel" page of the website. There are also several options for AirBnB and VRBO properties. We HIGHLY recommend you reserve lodging early for the best pricing and availability!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is cocktail/semi-formal attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and on grass, with the reception and dancing held inside the venue! We ask that you avoid wearing white or cream!

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Our bridal party will be wearing peacock green, and our accents are light pink, sage green, dusty blue, and light amethyst - think Colorado wildflowers!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to be celebrating with all of our people on our special day! If you have been given a plus one, this will be denoted on your invitation as "Your Name and Guest" or "Your Name and Guest Name". Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children have been invited, this will be denoted as "The ___ Family" or "Your Name and Your Children(s)'s Names" on your invitation. Due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We're excited to celebrate with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the location of the venue and variety of lodging options, we recommend driving to the venue, carpooling with other guests, or opting for a ride-share app (Uber, Lyft, private driver, etc.). If you choose to use a ride-share app, we recommend reserving a ride back to your hotel from the venue in advance to ensure you will have transportation!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely! In addition to plenty of non-alcoholic beverage options, we will be having an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. If you're planning to enjoy adult beverages, don't forget your ID! Absolutely NO outside alcohol or other substances are allowed anywhere on the venue property.
