When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP by May 15th, 2026, by clicking the RSVP tab on our website and typing the name(s) listed on your invitation. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Guest names will be specifically stated on the invitation envelope. If you received a plus one, they will be addressed as "Guest" on your formal invitation, and they will also be listed under your name on the RSVP tab on our website. Otherwise, we ask that only the named guests on your RSVP are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you have time to park, socialize, and find your seat.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests. The venue also offers handicap accessible parking for those that may need it.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Barn at Bull Meadow in Concord, NH. Our ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside, uncovered, and could be in the sun. Cocktail hour will also be outside with a little bit of shade and covering. Dinner and reception will be inside the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, and don't forget to share them with us!
