We’d love for all our guests to be seated by 4:15 P.M.. as the Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. So, please come early and find a seat. We can’t wait to see you all there!
We get to say “I DO” at 22017 Yankee Valley Rd, Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95467. The ceremony will be held outside at the front of the property on the Grass.
We are happy to welcome kiddos to our celebration. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask that parents and guardians supervise their children throughout the event. Please be aware that a pool is located nearby, and childcare will not be available. We just ask that you please leave the fur-babies at home for the evening.
Parking is available just next door at 21981 Yankee Valley Road, Hidden Valley Lake, California 95467. Clear signage will guide you to the venue, located only a short walk away. For guests who may need assistance, please contact the Bride in advance for accommodations.
Absolutely! While Mr. and Mrs. Thomas take pictures, our family and guests will have plenty of time to stroll to Cocktail hour, mingle, and enjoy some small bites and drinks before moving on to the next part of the evening’s celebration.
While every couple hopes for the perfect weather, we anticipate a warm summer day in Hidden Valley Lake—think hot, hot, hot! We encourage guests to dress comfortably for the heat. We’ll provide plenty of shade and refreshing drinks, but please plan ahead and come prepared for a sunny celebration.
Think elegant-summer-cute! If you’d like, match our colors—dusty blue and beige. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged!
Absolutely—snap it, record it, share it! Our guests make our day so special, and we’d love for you to capture those moments. Please take as many pictures as you’d like and upload them to our online photo roll. Don’t forget to share shots of you reconnecting, raising a glass, and making memories together. If posting to social media platforms, please use our hashtag #TakingThomas so we don’t miss a thing!
Our reception MC will have an open floor for anyone who’d like to share a few words. We just ask that speeches stay under 5 minutes. If public speaking isn’t your thing, don’t worry—we’ll also have cards available for those who prefer to write their thoughts instead.
That’s a great question! If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to the Matron of Honor, Aria. You can call 707-363-8410 to get in touch.
