Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have limited capacity at our venue. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What do I wear?

Answer

We are going with a "classy cowboy" wedding vibe. Earth tones, jeans, cowboy boots, turquoise, etc. are all encouraged but at the end of the day, we just want our guests to be comfortable so wear what you please. Reminder: The ceremony is on a hill in grass and the reception venue is on flat ground with lots of gravel so flat shoes or low wedge heels are encouraged!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be on a hill but there is a gravel lane leading up to an open space to park vehicles. If you have a lower riding car, feel free to park at the bottom near the house and someone will drive you to the top and drop you off. The reception venue is on a dead end gravel road. Feel free to park on the side of the road or in front of the shed in the open field!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026 or we'll assume you're politely declining in the most mysterious way possible. While we will miss celebrating with you, we need to provide an exact headcount to ensure everyone has a place to sit and we have enough food and beverages. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk or drive to the ceremony location.

How far is the ceremony location from the reception location?

Answer

The reception location is only a 10 minute drive from the ceremony location.

What's the bathroom situation?

Answer

At the ceremony location, there will only be a single stall outhouse available so it's encouraged to use the restroom before you arrive. There will be portable restrooms available at the reception venue.

Will there be a bus for guest transportation?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to get a bus to transport guests from the AmericInn and off the square in Monroe. The estimated pickup times are: Pickup in Monroe: approx. 2:45 pm approx. 4:30 pm Pickup in Albany: approx. 8:30 pm approx. 12:00 am
