When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2026.

Early RSVPs are highly encouraged and appreciated. You can RSVP here on our wedding website on the RSVP tab.

What should I wear?

Please join us in elevated garden-party attire

Think dresses in spring or summer hues and florals, and light-colored suits or jackets—polished and celebratory, but not black tie.

When should I arrive by?

Please arrive at 6pm for drinks and to take a seat by 6:15pm

Can I bring a date?

It depends!

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited venue capacity we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you were given a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but our wedding is adults only.

Where can I park?

The Madison Hotel has a large parking lot.

Enter through the hotel main entrance for hotel check-in and to get to the ceremony space.

What is the weekend timeline?

All guests are invited to spend the entire weekend with us.

Anyone arriving on Friday night is welcome to join us for drinks at the hotel restaurant. On Saturday, the Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. in the Conservatory at The Madison Hotel. Please arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. to take your seat and enjoy some bubbly. Following our wedding reception, there will be a brief after party at the bar at Rod's Steakhouse inside the hotel starting at midnight for anyone who wants to keep the party going! Sunday morning from 7:30-10:00 a.m., there will be continental breakfast serve in the hotel lobby for any overnight guests. The newlyweds will be there to say goodbye to parting guests.

What's on the menu?

Come hungry!

Cocktail hour will be loaded with everything from passed hors d-eouvres to carving stations. Guest dinner orders will be taken at the tables from a menu hand selected by the bride and groom. There will be several choices available including beef, chicken, and salmon entrees. If you are vegetarian, have dietary restrictions, or food allergies, please reach out directly to the bride or groom when you RSVP and also tell your server on the day of—we want to make sure everyone can enjoy their meal!
