What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
Georgia is very unpredictable. It can either be semi-cold or really cold. Please check the weather via online a week prior to our wedding and bring a jacket just in case.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held inside The Cloer Barn, which has heating.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
Parking is free and next to the ceremony/reception venue.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
As a strict policy, cigarettes and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside the barn. If you choose to smoke outside, we kindly request that you follow the barn's policy and properly dispose of all butts/trash in the designated bin .

What should I do if i can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies/restrictions and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
During the wedding ceremony, we kindly ask you to turn off your cell phones and cameras and be fully present to enjoy this special moment with us. We will happily share the photos that are captured professionally during this time with you. We do encourage our guests to take and post pictures of the reception and other events on their social media channels. Please tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #mendtobe so we can keep track of all your pictures!
