Check-in for the Hotel will begin at 4:00 PM, rooms may be ready earlier based upon availability. Call the main desk Thursday, August 21st to confirm early check-in availability for Friday's arrival. Hotel rates are $159.00 per night. Guests must call the Hotel to book, and say they are with the Alvarez Party to receive a special rate. All rooms must be booked by August 1st. Reservations received after the established deadline are subject to availability and may be charged at the prevailing room rate.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Ceremony

A shuttle will run both to and from the ceremony. The shuttle will run to the hotel where the after party is located.
