Note this is 2 days before the ceremony in Coos Bay - no hard feelings if you are unable to stretch your budgets & time off to attend both events.

Bastendorff Photos - Wedding Party

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Prior to the ceremony, the wedding party will meet at Bastendorff Beach for a group photo session. FYI - we will (probably) be barefoot for the shoot. We will head back to the house at 5 PM to get in put baby hairs back in their place and get in line for the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour for Guests
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Drinks and light snacks will be available for guests to enjoy. The wedding party will be departing to the beach for group photos.
Tying the Knot!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony and reception are taking place at the family property on the Coast. The road and driveway are gravel/rock, wear **comfortable shoes** and park as needed. It is planned as an outdoor ceremony, so don't forget your sunglasses! There will be light drinks and snacks available for guests as we prepare to begin; we aim to start the ceremony at half-past-five.
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Buffet Dinner begins - 6:00 Toasts - 6:30 Cut Cake - 7:00 1st Dance - 7:30 Sunset Photos with Bride & Groom - 8:00 End of Reception *This is a 420-friendly event, attendance by minors is highly discouraged. **There will be a self-serve, open bar with limited liquor selection (i.e whiskey and tequila); feel free to bring a special bottle with you for sharing. Be an adult & moderate yourself.

After the sun sets, there will be music, drinks, and smores-making late into the night. Guests feeling adventurous are invited to tent-camp overnight on the property - please indicate in your RSVP if you are interested in this option! FYSA, overnight temperatures in the summer can be expected to dip into the low 50s.
