Question
When Do I Need to RSVP by?
Answer
May 30, 2025. We appreciate everyone who gave us a soft RSVP, but we will need our final numbers for vendors and our venue 8 weeks before our wedding date. Please let us know ASAP if you will or will not be in attendance. If something comes up within those 8 weeks and you are unable to make it, that is okay! Please just let us know.

Are Children Allowed?
Answer
Your invitation will indicate any children invited. However, we encourage you to use our wedding as an opportunity to have a night out! Please text Taylor or Alexis for any questions.

Can I Bring a Plus One?
Answer
Our venue has strict guest count limitations, so only the people included on your invitation will be allowed to attend.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be held under an enclosed pavilion. Sedona cools down quite a bit at night so we are not worried about it being too hot.

Is there parking on site?

What is the dress code?
Answer
Summer cocktail to Semi-Formal. We'd love to see our friends and family dress up for our big day! Please no jeans, shorts, or polos. The bridal party will be in all black. Please avoid colors typically reserved for the bride. (whites and creams)

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We ask that you remain present during our ceremony and let our photographer handle the pictures. As soon as we say "I do!", feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like- as long as you share them all with the bride and groom!

Where should I stay?
Answer
We'd love for our guests to stay onsite with us at Sky Ranch Lodge! However, Sedona has so many beautiful resorts and rentals available. If you are staying offsite, be sure to plan how you will get to and from our venue as rideshares are not always available at a moments notice. If you have any questions about where to stay please ask Taylor or Alexis.

What are we drinking?
Answer
We will have an open bar with wine, beer, seltzers, and a margarita wine cocktail. Hard liquor is not permitted in the venue space.

When does the party end?

Our wedding will be 5 hours long, 4pm-9pm.

Is there an After Party?
Answer
Yes!! We will be having a non hosted after party at Mooney's Pub for anyone who wants to keep the party going. There will be transportation provided from Sky Ranch Lodge to Mooney's Pub. The trolley will run back and forth between the bar and the lodge from 9pm-1:15am.
