Will there be a ceremony?

We got married in a private ceremony in July. We invite our friends and family to celebrate our marriage with a reception consisting of a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 17, 2025 on our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Eaglewood resort where the festivities will be. The room block rate will be available until September 17, 2025. There are also some other hotels in the area in Itasca, Elk Grove, and Addison.

Will any of the events be outside?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be outside from 5-6pm, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

There is no official after party. However, there is a bar one level down in the hotel (Prairie River) where we and anyone who wants to continue the party can move to after.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are planning to go downtown Chicago on Sunday for a day of bar hopping. Anyone still in town or looking to extend their trip is welcome to join us! We have an area reserved at Recess (838 W Kinzie St, Chicago, IL 60642) from 12-3 to start the day off.
