Question
Is this a formal wedding?
Answer
No, this is a celebratory dinner party! We are not having a formal ceremony. Instead, Alberto and Taylor will be signing papers and saying nice things to each other privately in the week prior. But we are so excited to have you all present to celebrate with us on the 11th. There will be plenty of food, beer/wine, ice cream, and (update!) dancing.

Clean, classy, but casual. Taylor’s wearing a jumpsuit, Alberto’s wearing a vest, no jacket or tie. Take that as you will and wear what you are comfortable in. You can leave your 3-piece suits and ball gowns at home.

We recommend staying in one of the many hotels or Airbnbs in Boulder. Contact us if you need suggestions or more information.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Yes! They can have all the pizza and ice cream they want. Beer will be harder to negotiate.

We recommend Uber/Lyft if you’re planning to take advantage of the beer/wine on draft. But if you are planning on driving, there is free parking on site. Tip: additional parking is available BEHIND the restaurant!

5:30 - guest arrivals, bar opens 6:00- appetizers served, mix and mingle 7:00 - dinner buffet starts 8:00/8:30 - dancing starts 9:00-10:00 - Heifer and Hen ice cream shop opens next door 10:30 - last call 11:00 - good night!

Are their any other weekend events?

Yes, and anyone is welcome to join! Saturday 8/11, Morning Hike/Walk - 8:30 AM, Lee Hill Trailhead Parking Lot (Lee Hill Drive & 5th Street, North Boulder) This wide dirt path follows the foothills of the mountains -- so it's flat and open to all levels! Make it out and around Wonderland Lake and back to clock in 2.8 miles. Or, turnaround whenever you'd like. Sunday 8/12, Farewell Coffee: - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Taylor & Alberto’s condo clubhouse (2800 Kalmia Ave., Boulder, CO 80301. The clubhouse is the big building when you first enter the complex. Park in any visitor parking spot.) - Coffee, juice, and pastries will be served. - Have more time? For those that are interested, you are welcome to use the pool in the afternoon!

I have dietary restrictions. What are my options?

We tried to provide dinner options in our buffet that will make sure everyone is fed and happy. For our Gluten Free friends, Chef Wes is awesome and will make GF pizzas to order. Just let him know who you are. Other needs? He can probably set you up as well. Feel free to ask!
