FAQ

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear colorful cocktail attire! We suggest: cocktail dresses, elegant separates, sport coats & pants or suits. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors so bring a shawl or a jacket since it will get chilly at night.

Question

How is parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking a-plenty at The Ranch! If you need, you can even leave your car there overnight. We'd prefer you to stay safe and call an Uber home!

Question

Will there be a money dance?

Answer

Yes! The Money Dance is a fun and meaningful wedding tradition found in many cultures, including Filipino, Mexican, and Polish weddings. It symbolizes guests wishing the couple prosperity and good fortune in their marriage. During the dance, guests can pin money to the bride’s or groom’s attire or hand it to them in exchange for a short dance. If you'd like to participate but don’t have cash, we’ll have QR codes available for Venmo and Zelle. However, if you’d rather sit this one out, no worries—we’ll save a dance for you later in the night!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you'd like to bless us with a gift, we prefer donations to our honeymoon fund. You can find our registry tab on the menu above. Alternatively, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet-style dinner so there will be something for everyone! If you have a specific allergy, please indicate that in your RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only. The only kids attending will be those in the wedding party. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
