What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, which is set to commence at 4:30 pm. To ensure you start the celebration stress-free, pre-ceremony drinks will be provided to kick off the festivities. For your convenience, there will be organized transportation to and from the hotels, making sure you can focus on enjoying the day without any logistical worries.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. This means you have the option to go all out in a classic black-tie ensemble—think tuxedos and elegant gowns—or you can opt for formal attire that's slightly less formal. For the gents, this could mean a dark suit and tie. Ladies, feel free to dazzle in a floor-length gown or a chic cocktail dress with a warm jacket. Ultimately, the choice is yours, and we're just excited to have you there to share this momentous occasion with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot right outside of the venue. Please follow the signs that say "Wedding Parking" to get to the correct lot. Transportation will be provided to and from our recommended hotels (more details can be found on the Travel page).

Will the ceremony be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The winter weather in Virginia can vary from mild to freezing, so we will determine the ceremony location on the day of the wedding. If it is greater than 50 degrees outside, the ceremony will take place outdoors; if it is less than 50 degrees, it will be indoors. Please make sure to bring a jacket just in case, so you're comfortable no matter where we celebrate!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we kindly request that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer, and photos will be available to all guests after the wedding. This is a no-phone ceremony to allow everyone to fully immerse themselves in the moment and enjoy the celebration. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!

Can I bring a date?

We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate for everyone to come with an additional guest. Please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only wedding. We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your kids. We want you to be able to enjoy a night off!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception is set to conclude at 10:00 pm. However, the celebration doesn't have to stop there! Join us for an after-party bar-hopping extravaganza in One Loudoun. Keep the festivities going and make even more memories as we continue the joyous occasion into the night. We hope to see you there!

Are there hotel room blocks for the wedding?
