We’re Getting Married!

Our story began long before we ever imagined it would lead here — back in middle school, riding the bus together and sharing those simple, everyday moments that quietly planted the first seeds of something special. In 2015, after a day spent at our local county fair, everything changed. That night became the moment we both swear we fell in love. Through the years that followed, high school brought its ups and downs, but no matter where life took us, we always found our way back to each other. Life pulled us in different directions when I moved to Bend for beauty school. We were growing, changing, and learning who we were — sometimes on different pages, but never truly apart. We stayed in touch, and just months before graduation, we found our way back to one another again. Soon after, I moved home to Veneta to build a life together with him and our two fur babies. These past few years of living together and learning how to be adults side by side have been the most joyful chapter of our entire ten-year journey. We were kids for so much of our relationship, and now getting to experience new milestones, new dreams, and new chapters together feels so incredibly special. He proposed the weekend of our ten-year anniversary, during a sunset on the beach in Florence. It was private, intimate, and absolutely perfect — a moment I’ll cherish forever. Now, we’re planning our wedding and counting down the days until we get to celebrate our love with the people who mean the most to us. After ten years, countless memories, and a lifetime still ahead, we can’t wait to say “I do.”
