When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However the deadline is December 1st, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as “Will not attend”. We need to provide our venue with final headcount in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony starts promptly at 3:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 2:30 pm to ensure you have enough time to get parked, socialize and get seated.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will not attend” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Guest names will be specifically stated on the envelope as well as the RSVP tab on this website. Otherwise, we ask that only the named guests on your RSVP are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will be addressed as “Plus one” on your formal invitation. They will be listed under your name on the RSVP tab on this website. If you received a plus one and do not wish to bring another person please select “Will not attend” under their RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, unless they are included on the invitation, we ask that you refrain from bringing them.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The wedding is almost completely inside. There will be games and tables outside during cocktail hour but the ceremony and reception will be inside.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a selection of wine and beer during cocktail hour and an open bar during the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. There will be professional photographers there to capture the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes we will have a dress code, we are asking for all attire to be formal. On the attire page we will have some examples and mood boards to help better show what the dress code is. If men are wanting to wear jeans please refrain from wearing blue jeans and wear black jeans instead. We also ask that you refrain from wearing bright colors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is. There is parking on the venue grounds and there will also be a golf cart to take those who need it, to the venue entrance.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to post throughout the night. We just ask that you tag us in everything so we can see it throughout the night and the next day. With that being said, please send us any and everything you captured through out the day! Don't forget to tag us!
