The story of Melissa + Zack is a tale as old as time. Zack was a lonely young man. He ambled through life, a sort of giant dog-bear wearing a very sharp blue blazer with a gold trim. In truth, it was November of 2012 when Melissa walked into Zack's life. He was working a finance job (for which he had no training) while she interviewed to lead Cesar Millan's social presence. Melissa left Cesar's North Hollywood office sure she wouldn't take the job even if they offered. Luckily, sometimes even Melissa has no idea what she really wants. When she started working at CMI, she met someone who would change her life: Dave Rogers. Dave & Melissa quickly became good friends. Melissa's dedication to her profession left no time for office romance...is the story Zack told himself the few times he ventured out to Melissa's office to try to talk to her. Zack saw nothing but a wall of blond hair because Melissa never looked away from her screen. Zack gave up. He was heartbroken & sad. And THAT is when Melissa & Zack met. Oh, how did they start dating? Remember Dave from 128 words ago? When she wasn't glued to her screen, Melissa would spend time in Dave's office talking work & life. One day they were chatting and unbeknownst to him, Dave said the most important sentence of either of the happy couple's lives: "The only single, good guy I know is Zack." "Huh? Zack?" she thought. Melissa hatched a plan to bring them together, which basically involved any excuse to be in the same place at the same time. Her plan worked. Now, when Zack would visit Melissa's office, that wall of blond hair was now facing the computer screen as conversations about everything from dogs to donuts easily flowed between two people that are now the love of each other's lives. That's the story of how Zack & Melissa met.
