Please book your hotel as soon as possible, as availability is expected to be limited due to the Virginia Tech football game on Friday night, October 2.
We have room blocks at Hotel Roanoke, Hampton Inn, and Liberty Trust Hotel. Once these are filled, additional rooms may be added if available.
Bus transportation will be provided to and from the venue on Saturday, October 3. If you plan to ride the bus, please reserve your seat when you RSVP, as space is limited.
