Question

How will I get to and from the airport to Paradisus?

Answer

You can easily book your transportation to and from the airport to Paradisus through the Paradisus landing page on our "Travel" tab or by visiting https://www.transcabo.com/en/tokenlogin/TaylorErich. We encourage you to book a shuttle or private transportation for yourself or a small group through this company as we have negotiated rates for our wedding guests. However, there are several other options for transportation immediately upon arrival at the Cabo airport after you pass through Immigration and Customs. Private cars & shuttles usually accept both cash (USD preferred) and card. Prices are always negotiable! Ubers are usually not available.

Question

Do I have to stay at Paradisus?

Answer

We know Cabo has many options to stay, however per hotel policy, all wedding guests must be staying at the hotel to attend wedding events. Please book your room through our landing page ASAP as the hotel has limited availability and you can take advantage of our special negotiated rate.

Question

Do I need to book dinner reservations? and how?

Answer

You can make dinner reservations up to 1 week in advance for your party, and we encourage this especially for Thursday night, and Friday night if you are not attending the rehearsal dinner. You can email GS.Paradisus.LosCabos@melia.com with your name and reservation number to inquire about scheduling group dinner reservations. There are several restaurants choices depending on the time of day. Plan your schedule ahead so you can try your favorite cuisine! 1. Mole (Mexican) - only open for dinner 2. Capella (Rustic Italian) - casual dinner ambiance but also open during breakfast 3. Tokimeku (Asian) - only open for dinner 4. Gabi Beach (Seafood / International) - great ocean for views and taking a break by the pool 5. Le Petite Chef (French / Mediterranean) - only two seatings at 6/8:30 and additional cost per person that includes an entertaining and visual experience throughout the 4 course meal 6. La Palapa (International Gourmet) - exclusively for Reserve Guests, serving all meals 7. Naos (Buffet-style international) - only open for breakfast

Question

When should I arrive? When should I depart?

Answer

Official wedding events will kick off in the evening on Thursday, November 3rd, and end on Sunday, November 6th. You are MORE than welcome to extend your stay at Paradisus outside of the wedding weekend, just be sure to send a request via email to reservaciones.paradisus.loscabos@melia.com.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no kids at our wedding.

Question

How much cash should I bring?

Answer

It is recommended to have USD on hand for tipping the hotel staff and cabs. Tipping directly equates to better service. Mexican Pesos are not necessary to have on hand. Cabs usually do accept credit cards, but having some cash is a good idea. There will be no other expenses that you can expect to incur while staying at Paradisus for our wedding events as it is an all-inclusive hotel.
