We're getting married!

We met on Bumble, but we both attended Grand Canyon University. We had our first date the week of graduation and with families being in town, we weren't able to see each other at all. Carson had told his family "I met the perfect girl but it will never work out because she is leaving." A month after graduation, I moved to California and in that time Carson and I had a few days to spend with each other before I moved. Long story short, after 2 months of long distance I moved back to Arizona and in with Carson. Love at first swipe to say the least!

To celebrate our almost 11 months of dating, Carson surprised me and we went to the Desert Botanical Gardens. We went into the butterfly exhibit and he asked a girl who he knew, that was a stranger to me, to take our picture. While she was taking our picture which was actually a video, Carson asked for a kissing pic and then he went down on one knee. Me being the awkward human I am said, "you're doing this now?!" Of course after being in complete surprise I said "YES," and we were engaged. We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives and cannot wait to celebrate with our loved ones.
