Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for wagon transport to the ceremony site. Early guests are welcome to grab a drink at the bar before the ceremony! Late guests will not be allowed into the ceremony space after it has begun.

Is there a shuttle? Parking?

Answer

A shuttle will run between the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the venue multiple times throughout the evening. Please visit the Travel page for timing details. If you're driving, there is ample parking at the venue. Just follow the signs upon arrival. It's a busy weekend in the area, so be sure to get on the Flyin' Ryans shuttle at the hotel, and not a different shuttle. :)

Outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception will be indoors. Umbrellas will be provided in case of light rain.

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For women, think dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elevated separates. For men, dress pants or khakis are great options. Please no jeans or white.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, only plus ones listed on the invitation may attend.

We love your little ones, but this is an adults‑only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and come ready to party! If that's not possible, you'll be missed, but we totally understand. :)
