When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline will be included on your formal invitation. You're way ahead of the game! Please check back when you receive your invitation.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We’ll be reserving a block of rooms at the Residence Inn, located across from Costco in Eau Claire, WI. We are unable to book the room block until August 2025, so please check back in later. This hotel is just a 15-minute drive from our venue and will be the designated stop for our shuttle service throughout the night. For additional details, visit our travel page!

Is there a shuttle?
Answer
We’ve arranged a shuttle service to make transportation to and from the ceremony effortless for our guests. Check back in for shuttle timing later! After the celebration, the shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel. If you prefer to drive, ample parking will be available at the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Guests will be transported by wagon to the ceremony site, so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to the time on your invitation, to ensure plenty of time to get settled and find your seat.

What's the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, think knee-length or midi dresses, dressy separates, or jumpsuits. For men, dress pants and a dress shirt is ideal. No jeans or white dresses, please.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, this celebration is an adults-only event. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night off and come ready to party!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, only guests who named on the invitation may attend. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is ample parking onsite at Dixon’s Apple Orchard—simply drive in and follow the parking signs. If you plan to drink, please make arrangements for a safe ride home, whether it’s taking the shuttle or having a designated sober driver.
