The shuttle will be taking guests from the hotel to the venue and back during our event. The hotel is located 30 minutes away from the venue, so we thought it best to provide transportation. Departure time from hotel to 9 Oaks Farm: 4:00 pm Departure times from 9 Oaks Farm back to hotel: 9pm-12pm (It will be making trips back and forth for whom ever may need it.) The ceremony will start at 5:30pm Cocktails and Reception to follow
