Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love to watch the children run and play, this is going to be an adults only kind of day. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can contribute to any of the cash funds on our registry. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Do you really not want any physical gifts?
Answer
As much as we love a present, we are politely asking for no boxed gifts. If you are going to honor us with a gift please contribute to the cash funds on our registry. As some of you may know, we are currently living with the Salvatore family, and saying "we are out of room" is an understatement. We don't think we could fit another thing in our room if we tried. It is amazing we can even still get in there. (Tayler may or may not be keeping a juicer in the linen cabinet, and a blender in our bookcase. We cannot confirm or deny this, but lets just say we aren't kidding when we say we are out of space.)

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes. There is plenty of parking near The Hall of Springs if you choose to drive yourself. However, we will also have shuttle buses available to a few key locations.

Who is invited to Welcome Drinks on 10/18/2024?
Answer
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding. We will be there from 7:30pm-10pm so feel free to come and go as you please.

Can I take photos and can I post them on social media?
Answer
If taking your own photos will help you enjoy the day, you are more than welcome to take them! However, there will be a photography team there, so feel free to leave the phones and cameras at home.

Will there be any group transportation?

Yes. We are planning to have a shuttle going to a few key locations. Once we have a better idea of where everyone is staying, we will share a formal route and schedule. Please keep checking for updates.

Is there a time gap between the cermony, cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
Nope! Everything will be taking place at The Hall of Springs so it will be one thing right after another.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

We are going to try to start right at 4:15pm. So, it is recommended that everyone arrive by 4:00 to get seated be sure you have time to get seated and settled.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your plus one is listed on your invite, absolutely! If your plus one is not listed on your invite, please contact the bride and groom directly about this. Patrick and Tayler are happy to discuss this with you individually.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. However, if any ladies want to breakout their floor length dresses, or any guys want to dress to the nines go for it!

What's the weather like in the area?
Answer
Saratoga Springs can get a bit chilly in October, especially in the evening! We recommend that you bring an extra layer to keep you warm. We will have someone taking coats, so you won't need to worry about that! We will also have a couple heaters on the patio.

Is your wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Right now, the plan is to have an out-door ceremony and cocktail hour. Ladies, please note that the ceremony will be happening on grass, and the ground can get very soft, so plan your footwear accordingly. The reception will be 100% indoor. However, due to weather, this may change. We will keep everyone updated as this develops.

There are a number of options, it kind of depends on where you are coming from. You can drive, take a plane to Saratoga County airport or Albany airport, take a bus, or take an Amtrak to the local train station. Do whatever works best for you! What time will the reception end?
Answer
Tayler turns in to a pumpkin around 11:59pm EST. So it is very likely that the reception will be over before that. It is also possible that the bride and groom will be making a journey downtown to their favorite bar for a nightcap...but we will see. Patrick's 2024 resolution was no second locations, so it is going to take some convincing...
