We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, October 10, 2026. While our hope is that all invitees can attend, we appreciate a timely response even if the answer is “no.” Please understand that missing the deadline constitutes a “no” regardless of your intentions due to venue timelines for proper preparation.
Once you receive your invitation, you may RSVP by toggling to the RSVP section of this website which can also be accessed by scanning the QR code on the back of your invitation. A phone number will also be provided if you’d prefer to RSVP via phone call.
Due to seating limits set forth by the venue, only guests whose formal invitations say “plus one” next to their names may bring a plus one. While we value those special to you, we simply must abide by our venue’s terms and our own budget, even if your preferred invitee is special to us, too.
Due to venue seating limits, only children in the wedding party are invited to attend. We ask that you make childcare arrangements if you are a parent whose child has not been exclusively asked to participate in the wedding. Please know that in addition to our venue’s capacity, we also factored in yours and our other guests’ experience. We hope you’ll see this as an opportunity to enjoy a carefree evening simply celebrating love. All things considered, our wedding is most appropriate as an adult-only celebration.
If circumstances arise and you need to change the status of your RSVP, please call the RSVP phone service (phone number to be provided). We kindly ask that you do so by Saturday, October 10, 2026, which is the RSVP deadline. While we’ll miss your presence if you are no longer able to attend, we will appreciate and respect a timely notification of your change of plans; this is strongly preferred over your absence being unexpected to us, both for planning and budgetary considerations. Thank you for your courtesy.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Manor House located at 7440 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040.

There will be hotel blocks. The most efficient guest lodging options are TBD at this time. Please revisit the Travel page of our website periodically for hotel updates.
At this time, this service is not to be expected. Please plan ahead by arranging car pooling with a local invitee or take advantage of ride sharing options such as Uber or Lyft.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We suggest arriving no later than 5pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Out of respect for the sacredness of the ceremony, guests who arrive after the 5:30pm start time may not be permitted to enter the Atrium and may be asked to wait to join the celebration at the reception in the Carolina Ballroom instead. Thank you for your courteous understanding.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm in the Atrium. A cocktail hour with light hors d’oeuvres will follow from 6pm-7pm in the Carolina Ballroom to allow for guests to mingle while the wedding party and immediate family take photos with the newlyweds. The reception will be held from 7pm-10pm, also in the Carolina Ballroom. This will include special dances, dinner, speeches/toasts, and dancing the night away!
We are honored that you love and want to celebrate us. You will be notified via a separate invitation(s) if there are any additional events for which your presence is requested.
No. We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, which means we ask that guests refrain from cell phone usage including for the purpose of taking pictures. While we appreciate you wanting to capture memories from this special day, this is a momentous occasion in our lives for which we’ve hired professional photographers. We will gladly share photos from our big day on our website and via other means once we receive our full portfolio.
Not quite yet. We kindly ask that you allow us the pleasure of being the first to announce our union publicly. Please refrain from posting or otherwise sharing photos from our day until we have shared them first.
Yes, and we’d love for you to use it if you do share photos from our day! As a reminder, we just ask that you refrain from posting until we, the newlyweds, do so ourselves. Our wedding hashtag is #OnceUponaVaughn
First, thank you for wanting to bless us with a gift! Your presence alone is the greatest honor, and you are in no way obligated to purchase a gift for us. That being said, if you’d like to bless us monetarily, we would greatly appreciate you contributing to our “Castle Fund.” We are saving to purchase our first home and any contribution is deeply appreciated. You can give by toggling to the Registry section of our website. A QR code will also be displayed at the reception. In addition, cash or check options are welcome. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
We are working on finalizing the menu. At this time, food and beverage decisions haven’t been solidified. Please revisit this specific section periodically for food and beverage updates.
If you have dietary restrictions, please alert us when you RSVP after receiving your formal invitation. You can do so either by notating your dietary restrictions via the RSVP page on our website or by making mention of it when you call the RSVP phone service line if you opt to RSVP that way. While not all restrictions may be able to be accommodated for, we will convey this information to the venue. If the venue cannot accommodate your specific dietary needs, you will be notified, as your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us.
