To Be Wed

We met in 2014 in 6th grade in our science class. We both liked each other then and started dating, we then broke up a week later as middle school relationships go. Shortly after we did become close friends throughout middle school into high school. Throughout our freshman year I (Tayler) knew Cody liked me as he made it pretty obvious but at the time I didn’t want to risk the great friendship that we had. The first weekend of our sophomore year we had planned to go to the movies together and went to go see Minions 3, had Taco Bell for dinner and DQ for dessert. After the date we both knew our feelings were stronger than we thought for each other. The next week our first full week of sophomore year we continued to talk and see each other. That Friday September 1st, 2017, we planned to go to the home football game together we were both very nervous. After the game we were in Cody’s car, and he asked me if I wanted to be his girlfriend and I said yes!! Over the past 8 years together we have graduated high school together, graduated college, we have owned a home together for 2 years and we have two great dogs Duke and Remy. Cody asked me to marry him September 13th, 2025, he had planned out a very meaningful proposal with some pictures and flowers waiting for us with the help of friends and family. I obviously said yes, I had been waiting for this day for a long time. Now we are so excited to become husband and wife and to share that day with you. We cannot wait!!!
