Yes Formal attire is required for the event.
Yes kids are welcome to both ceremony and reception, PLEASE RSVP WITH SAVE THE DATE HOW MANY TOTAL WILL BE ATTENDING.
Yes dinner will be provided buffet style. we will have several options to choose from.
Yes we will be having an OPEN BAR
we have the venue from 6pm to 11pm est so a total of 5 hours. we will have the ceremony, cocktails, dinner, reception party.
Our venue does in fact have ample amounts of parking at no cost to you. all you have to do is show up and come dressed in formal attire.
Yes we will have a variety of sodas, juices, teas etc
Unfortunately no, however we did send out save the dates over a year in advance to the actual date in hopes that any out of town family who would like to join would have the time to plan accordingly for their own accommodations. I also included on the website lots of places that would be fun to visit while in the area if thinking about a vacation etc .
Wedding gifts are not required, however they are GREATLY appreciated. Our wedding registry and links to our other registry are available directly through the website. A table will be set up at our venue for any gifts or cards etc
Our wedding colors are Burgundy, Navy and Gold
Let us know through the website under RSVP or text/call us and let us know that you would not be able to attend. We completely understand and would respectfully just ask you to let us know. This event is costing a lot and we are paying per person, so we would rather you let us know you cant attend so we dont pay for you in advance.
Yes our wedding is going to be a family friendly environment, we just ask that you are in control of your children while at the event so we don't have any accidents or broken items that belong to the venue. (you will be responsible for any damages etc) We will try to sensor the music for the dancing but I can not guarantee that there wont be any slip ups etc.
We originally wanted to keep our wedding small and intimate , however a large amount of our family live out of town. so we felt it more respectful and considerate to host an actual wedding that way our out of town family could be apart of the event. They would be more likely to travel out of town for an actually wedding event rather than just a reception etc.
we have not decided on food option as of yet. we do know it will be buffet style and we will have a buffet manager who whill serve the food, I will post more info on what food we will be having once I get the confirmation of what we are having. you may also text me @ 813-557-3535 if you would like to share with me your food allergy so we can try to find some type of alternative.
the event will be at the Crystal Ballroom Of Brandon, address 779 W Lumsden Rd, Brandon, FL 33511 Located in: Oak Park Plaza you will see the huge Crystal Ballroom Logo when you pull in. you may park anywhere in the plaza and will enter through the red carpet entrance door.
No it will not. Our plans are set in stone, our wedding is not until April of 2021 so hopefully it will not be an issue by then and everyone can still attend and be apart of our special day. so covid or no covid our date and time will be the same !
