Are kids welcome?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Starting before the ceremony until the reception ends, there will be two shuttles available to bring guests back and forth between AmeriVu Inn & Suites and Bloom Lake Barn. There will be two shuttles before the ceremony: 2:45 PM and 3:20 PM. There will be three shuttles after the reception: 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 12:00 AM,

Does the venue provide parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot available for those not using the shuttle. Vehicles may be left in the parking lot overnight, but must be cleared by 9:00am the following day.

Will this be an indoor or an outdoor wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors followed by an indoor reception in the barn. During cocktail hour, guests can enjoy lawn games and the fire pit under the open sky as well. Please dress accordingly for uneven ground and an evening temperature around 55 degrees.
