When do I need to RSVP?

THE SOONER THE BETTER, but we kindly request RSVPs to be complete by 4/14/23.

Are children invited?

Answer

Beau would likely revolt if he was the only person under the age of 25 on the dance floor, but since our sisters have managed to produce a baseball team, we've decided to limit kids in attendance to just our nephews. Parents - enjoy the night to let loose! Please let us know if you need any help coordinating childcare in the area.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather in Northern VA can be fairly unpredictable towards the end of May, but typically we see mid-70s with some mild humidity. Weather-permitting, just the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, but we'll definitely adjust accordingly to ensure our guests are comfortable!

What should I wear?

Answer

We're opting for a "semi-formal" dress code, so a suit or cocktail dress would be just as appropriate as a tux or gown. Floral print welcome and encouraged! ☺️

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

We'll be hosting the entire event at the Lansdowne (44050 Woodridge Pkwy, Leesburg, VA 20176). The ceremony will take place on the Wedding Terrace, located at the back of the resort. Our cocktail hour will occur just outside the reception area, just steps from the ceremony site with the reception in the Lansdowne Ballroom.

How do I get to the Lansdowne?

Answer

There is a HUGE parking lot at the venue, but we highly encourage using Uber or Lyft if you plan to indulge throughout the evening.

How long will we have to enjoy the festivities?

Answer

We will have a short ceremony starting at 4:00, followed by a cocktail hour and a reception that is scheduled to wrap up around 10:30.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please list out anything we should be aware of along with your RSVP and will do our best to accommodate! Note: We will not have any food items that contain tree nuts.
