To help with your menu selections for the wedding, here are some more details about the entrée options: 1. Spice rubbed airline chicken with charred corn salad, pepper relish 2. Beef short rib with parmesan potato gratin, roasted brussel sprouts, braising jus 3. Charred cauliflower steak with grilled glazed carrots, muhammara, olive tomato relish, toasted pine nuts All can be modified to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. For those whose kids are invited, note there is a kids menu available. Please reach out to Taylor and David.

What does formal attire mean?

Answer

Here's what Google told us: "The wording here indicates something slightly less formal than black-tie, so a suit is more than acceptable. A tuxedo isn't required, but one can be worn if desired. Women can wear: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit." Our ceremony will be outside, so please keep that in mind! We will do our best to keep the ceremony short and sweet.
