Unfortunately, in late July we had to quickly create and move forward with our COVID-19 plan, which is to limit our physical gathering to our bridal party and immediate family members.
YES!!! Please tune into our ceremony livestream on the day of. We have decided the easiest and most reliable way for us to steam our ceremony is through a private Facebook group. If you would like to be added to the group, please add Taylor as a friend (if not already) and let her know. On the day of, you will be able to access the livestream directly through that Facebook group (additional details can be found in the group). If you are unable to access Facebook, please let us know and we will do our best to share with you after the wedding day. Make sure to post any and all couch selfies to social media using #ChapmanandWife. You are all still very much a part of this special time for us!
We know this is a difficult time for many, so please do not feel obligated to gift us. If you would still like to, we do have a few funds and group gift options on Zola, as well as registries at Bed, Bath & Beyond, Belk and Target.
September 3 at the latest (if attending in person).
We have hotel blocks reserved at the Courtyard and Hampton Inn in Carrollton, GA. Please see our 'Travel' page for more details.
We will have a short ceremony rehearsal on Friday, 10/2 around 5 pm. It will be followed by a dinner with our bridal party at the Courtyard Carrollton. Afterward, we will open the event space up and invite anyone in town to join us downstairs at the Courtyard where we will have a cash bar set up.
Due to current circumstances, we will have limited availability for children to attend. If we are anticipating that your children will be there, we would have previously discussed with you. Thank you for understanding!
There is plenty of parking at our venue. If you will be drinking, please plan to leave your car overnight and take one of our alternative transportation options below.
A shuttle will run to and from the Courtyard Hotel. Plan to meet in the hotel lobby at 3:15 pm for the first shuttle to the ceremony. The last shuttle to the ceremony will depart by 4 pm, but we encourage you to get to the venue earlier. The shuttle will begin again at 8:30 pm, and will run every half hour back to the hotel until after our final send-off. We also recommend Uber and Lyft.
To save the trees (and $ if we're being honest), we ask that you please virtually RSVP via the page on our website if you received a formal invitation.
