Where is the ceremony?

All events are taking place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside followed by an indoor reception.

What to wear?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire, both suits and dresses are welcome. We encourage summer pastels and florals. The bridal party will be in navy and dark sage green, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white.

Where to park?

Answer

The golf course has lots of parking onsite. After hours the gates close and you are welcome to leave your vehicle and pick it up the next day.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding day an adults only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for your understanding.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet provided by the venues cater. Light snacks will be provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will consist of chicken, salmon, prime rib, pasta, salads, and sides. Please share any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

How does the bar service work?

Answer

Each guest will receive two drink tickets-courtesy of the bride and groom. Complimentary wine service will also be offered during dinner. No outside alcohol is allowed on the grounds of the venue.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ll have professional photographers capturing every moment, and phones or cameras can accidentally block important shots. Once the reception begins, feel free to take photos—there will even be a QR code available for you to upload and share your favourite moments with us!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be indicated on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if i can't attend?

Answer

If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP on our website. Your response helps us finalize seating, meals, and other important details. We’ll miss you, but we appreciate you taking the time to let us know!
