We're so excited to share a few of our favorite spots in Alexandria and DC with you! We highly suggest taking advantage of Alexandria's close proximity to DC and visiting the sites.

Old Town Alexandria offers an assortment of activities from walking trails along the waterfront to shopping at unique boutiques along and off of King Street. Take a look at a few of our recommendations below.

Old Town

Fun waterfront restaurant with great Spanish tapas and even better views!

BARCA Pier & Wine Bar

Upscale American fare with great cocktails. One of Taylor's favorite spots.

Ada's on the River

Designer consignment boutique (Taylor used to work here in high school and college!) There are lots of other great boutiques along and around King St.

Mint Condition

Vola's Dockside Grill and Hi-Tide Lounge

You can't go wrong with the many ice cream spots on King St., but this is one of our favorites.

Pop's Old Fashion Ice Cream Co

Great spot to grab a drink. Kevin approves of their beer selection.

Central hub for most monuments and museums. Only a short 15 minute drive into the city from Old Town.

National Mall

National Zoo

Great neighborhood for shopping and dining. Places to eat- Filomena, Clyde's, Martin's Tavern, La Chaumiere.

Georgetown

Another great neighborhood for wining and dining. We love Le Diplomate.

Logan Circle
