Eric and Tawney met in 2009 at Underdog Winebar in Livermore California. While working together they became close friends. Their friendship soon led to a loving relationship. They always loved a good adventure and making long lasting memories with each other. Including traveling to Roatan Honduras, crusies through the Carribean, getting scuba certified, season passes to Six Flags, and their most recent trip to Italy. Over the years their friendship has only strengthened and their young love has turned into their forever love. Their engagement took place in Vernazza, Italy. Which is one of the most beauitful italian seaside villages of the Cinque Terre. Aunt Karen, Tawney, and Eric took on the difficult hike through the olive trees and vineyards from Monterosso to Vernazza. Upon reaching the gorgeous lookout point of Vernazza, Eric popped the question!! Tawney was overwhelmed with excitement and joy - she bursted into tears and forgot to even say yes! Aunt Karen embraced the two and asked Tawney did you answer? Tawney shouted yes yes yes!!! As we hiked down the remaining hill Aunt Sandy was there and we surprised her with the news. It was a magical day and the rest of the trip was that much more special. Tawney and Eric wanted to bring it back to where their love story all began, at a beautiful California winery. They chose Kunde Family Winery in Sonoma Valley to be the special starting place of their new chapter as Mr. & Mrs. Lobão. They are so happy and are looking forward to sharing their very special day with their closest family and friends.
