FAQs

The Wedding Website of Elizabeth Grainger and Kevin Tavares
Destination to FOREVER.
Question

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 pm at St. Joseph’s Parish Catholic Church. We’d be so grateful if you could arrive 15–30 minutes early to get settled in and seated- before the big moment. Nothing would make us happier than seeing your smile, right on time, as we walk down the aisle. After the ceremony, please join us at The Royal Ambassador for Cocktail Hour at 5:30 pm -where the glasses will be full, the laughter flowing, and the celebration of our love will truly take flight.

Question

DRESS CODE

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire. Think chic and elegant- suits, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. We’re going for a romantic and fancy vibe, so dress to impress! Kindly note that green is reserved for the wedding party, so we ask that guests choose other colors for their attire.

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

While we'd love to have everyone, we're keeping things intimate and personal. We hope you'll understand that invitations are extended only to those named. We truly can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

Answer

We truly adore your children and look forward to celebrating with them at future milestones. For our wedding day, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration so that all guests may fully relax, be present, and enjoy every moment with us. The only children in attendance will be those who are part of the wedding party. Your presence means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

I KNOW I DIDN'T RSVP BUT I'M COMING!

Answer

Oh, how we'd love to squeeze everyone in! But we're working with exact seating and meal counts- so if you didn't RSVP by the respected date, we'll be thinking of you from afar!

Question

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

Answer

We don’t have a registry- we truly have everything we need. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution to our future together would be deeply appreciated.
