Hi Friends and Family! We would be so thrilled to have all of you join us in celebrating our special day. However, we understand that traveling to Mexico is a commitment and sometimes life get's in the way. So for those who can't make it, we completely understand! We look forward to celebrating with you after we tie the knot. UPDATE 02/01/2020: According to new CDC guidelines, a negative Covid test is required within 3 days of travel to enter the US. Pueblo Bonito is providing free Covid testing to all guests the day of departure. These tests can be scheduled at the front desk when checking in. If this changes your travel plans, please know we fully understand and respect any personal decisions not to attend. We will continue to monitor travel updates and pass any new info along to our guests. UPDATE 12/07/2020: Reminder our RSVP date is January 1st, 2021. Reservations must be made by 01/01/2020 to guarantee our group rate. Please note when making a reservation, only one nights stay is due as a deposit and reservations can be canceled up to 20 days prior to stay. We understand that there's a lot of uncertainty during these times. We plan to stay informed, stay positive, and continue planning until we get closer to April. Please reach out to either of us if you have any questions. Wishing you all happy holidays! Dani & Joe
5 years ago, Danielle was in school and serving part-time at Burrito Loco, a bar near the University of Minnesota campus. Joe walked in with some friends and sat in her section. He was overly kind and kept glancing over his shoulder at her. When the guys left for the night, Danielle noticed a hand written note on the back of Joe's receipt. “Will you go to dinner with me tomorrow?” ▫️ Yes ▫️ No, I’m not interested ▫️ No, I have a bf. She laughed and brought the note home to show her roommates. After being convinced this essentially blind date was a good idea, she texted the number checking the “Yes” box. They both knew after the first date that this was something special. And the rest, as they say, is history. November 2019 in Zion National Park, Joe got down on one knee. And once again, Danielle said "Yes", this time to forever.
