When Taty moved to Marlton and walked into her first day of freshman year at a brand-new school, she had no idea her forever was about to begin. She didn’t know a single person yet, but quickly made friends with a few neighbors who also happened to know a boy named Ronnie. At a freshman dance, they locked eyes across the room, and for a moment, it felt like time stood still. She couldn’t help but fall for the honey brown eyes. There was something about him that felt safe, familiar, and real. Their first date was at Applebee’s (thanks to Ronnie’s mom for sponsoring that one), and from there, countless memories began to unfold. As the years passed, Taty and Ronnie made memories that filled every corner of their hearts — from their first big trip to Disney (where they learned that traveling together was one of their favorite things to do) to visiting Puerto Rico, their families’ roots, and countless staycations and day trips in between. Whether it was long adventures or quiet nights in, they always found joy in being together — laughing, talking, and just existing in each other’s presence.Life took them on separate paths for a while, giving them both time to grow and discover who they were meant to be. And as destiny would have it, those paths led them right back to each other — stronger, happier, and more in love. On May 3, 2025, after running her first 5K and thinking it was just another Saturday, Taty came home to find their story beautifully strung across the ceiling — photos, balloons, and all the memories they’d built together. Surrounded by family, she walked in to see Ronnie, tears in his eyes, waiting in the backyard. It was the moment they had both been waiting for — the next chapter of their forever. Taty and Ronnie still can’t help but replay that day over and over in their minds.
