When should I have all RSPV info in by?

Answer

Please have all RSVP info submitted as soon as possible and no later than September 1st, 2025.

Where should we bring/send your wedding gift?

Answer

While we appreciate any and all gifts, we would highly recommend using any allotted funds to be put towards the two items on the 'Registry' tab. If you do choose to buy gifts, however, please bring these with you as well as any cards to the wedding! If you are unable to make it, please mail any and all cards and/or gifts. Where is the ceremony? Reception? After Party?

Answer

All events will be held at The Lakeside Ranches LLC. in Inverness, FL. Please refer to the address provided in the 'Schedule' tab.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

All guests should arrive no later than 3:00 pm since the ceremony will be starting at 3:30 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, when arriving at the venue, there should be an empty lot right after the sign and gate that should accommodate enough room for all guests and their vehicles.

Is there any nearby travel options?

Answer

At a minimum Uber and Lyft should be available all around the area. Please see our Travel Tab for more info!

Will your wedding be indoors/outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors overlooking Connell Lake. The ceremony area will be covered with a roof. If the weather gets bad, then the wedding will be switch to indoors at the barn where the reception will also be held.

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

It is predicted to be around 64-82 degrees, based on the historic average for weather in Florida during October. If it rains or thunderstorms, the wedding can be held indoors. Most of the summer humidity and mugginess should be gone by now, with a humidity rating of around 25%. The barn has air conditioning and hurricane-proof windows.

What should I wear?

Answer

Business formal attire is required on the wedding day. Please refrain from wearing colors white and teal/aqua.

Will their be an open or cash bar?

Answer

The bar will be hosted by Chelsea from Tipsy Tampa Bartending, it will be an open bar, although tips would be greatly appreciated for the lovely bartender!

Are restrooms available?

Answer

There are restrooms inside the barn with multiple stalls for men and women. There are restrooms outside near the ceremony area as well.

Can I take wedding photos or post photos online?

Answer

Yes! Take as many photos as you'd like! And don't forget to send them to the bride and groom!

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course! Please just let us know ahead of time if they are not named on the RSVP.
