We met at a bar in Killeen. Even though I briefly remembered him from school. He had no idea who I was. After the bar that night he messaged me asking to be my friend. We hit it off from there. We got to know each other better before making things official.

We were out celebrating HIS parents wedding anniversary. He started playing some slow music and I thought he was making a speech to his parents so I wasn’t expecting anything. Next thing I know he’s talking to me. He slowly gets down on one knee and pulls out the ring. I shook my head “YES," and we were engaged.
