In the Travel section of our website, we have listed a selection of hotel options for guests traveling from out of town. There are many additional accommodations nearby, and we recommend staying in the Franklin or Cool Springs area for convenience.
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport for those choosing to fly. It is about 1 hour away from Franklin where our wedding will be held.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o’clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:45pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive in formal attire. For gentlemen, this includes a long-sleeve collared dress shirt and a blazer or sport coat. As the ceremony will take place outdoors in August, we recommend selecting lightweight fabrics for comfort. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing white, as well as Lavender Purple or Dusty Blue, as these are reserved for the wedding party.
Our wedding registry can be found on our Zola website. Since our home is located in Hawaii, many retailers are unable to ship directly, so our registry primarily features monetary gifts. For those who wish to bring a physical gift, a gift table will be available at the ceremony for your convenience.
The Bridesmaids will wear floor-length matte satin Lavender dresses in styles of their choosing. The Groomsmen will be dressed in Tan Taylor suits with Lavender ties and Dusty Blue boutonnieres. Dinner will be a buffet style catered.
Due to limited space we can only accommodate immediate family to our ceremony. Children under the age of 10, who are not members of the wedding party, will be cared for by a sitter provided by the Bride and Groom during the ceremony. They will be able to rejoin at the reception for food and to dance their hearts out!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear as “guest” under your name when your RSVP.
The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras) we wish for you to be fully present with us as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like, we will have a QR code that will share your pictures with us so we can see our wedding through you.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d there is an option to edit it, kindly do so before July 9th. We understand that life happens so if there is a reason you cannot make it after this date please contact us directly.
Yes! Beer, wine, and some liquor will be provided in a self service fashion. We only ask you drink responsibly and ensure that you have a designated driver to your next location.
Yes, our venue does not have any regulations against BYOB. We understand everyone has different taste so this option is open.
Yes there will be parking available at the venue. It is a residence so keep that in mind, we suggest carpooling with other guests if you are able to, to save on space.
