“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13 We cannot wait for you to be a part of our special day!
It depends on who you ask, Pedro or Tatum. If you ask Mr. Egurrola, he will say the minute they looked into each others eyes in Sonoita, Arizona, the deal was done. The story begins and ends when Tatum asked Pedro (whom was sitting on a cooler) to hand her a drink, and in that moment, it was game over. According to Tatum, he was purely in the way of her getting a beverage, but often times smiles and agrees with her fiancé.
After three and a half years of college, it was graduation day for Tatum. While gathering for family pictures after the convocation, the night would take a sudden change of pace. She was met by their niece and nephew, Alyssa and Andres, wearing shirts that read "Will You Marry Our Nono?" Pedro is known as Nono, because when Alyssa was younger, she could not say Nino, and Nono has stuck throughout the years. Anyone who knows Tatum knows that her eyesight is just short of horrible, so she could not really see what the shirts said. She thought that they were shirts that said "Congratulations!" Alyssa continued to ask, "What does my shirt say?" Soon, Tatum noticed that Pedro seemed to be tying his shoe, and thought nothing of it until she noticed he was wearing boots and her friend Rachel yelled, "Oh my goodness, he is doing it!" The details after Tatum realized what was going on are hazy, but will never be forgotten. It was truly a night we will never forget.
We recommend making hotel reservations as early as possible due to there being a large Cross Country Track meet in Casa Grande that weekend. Rooms get booked rapidly! Also, the blocks of rooms that we have reserved expire October 15th for both hotels. Please see the travel tab for information.
